Kara Tremel

 Born and raised a Canadian Prairie girl, Kara has always had a desire to expand her horizons. She graduated from College, with the triple threat award, in Theatre. She has been fortunate enough to work for twenty years, in a business that took her from Moose Jaw (her hometown) to Broadway (Jersey Boys).   Along the road she found a passion for fitness and more importantly, helping others find their way to strength and wellness. Sculpting minds and bodies is a pure joy. Kara loves every aspect of being a fitness trainer, from choosing playlists and creating programs, to getting to know clients and their individual needs.

Cassie Gilling

Cassie Gilling is a NASM CPT trainer, specifically certified in training women and pre/postnatal populations. She has nearly ten years of experience in the NYC boutique fitness scene, both coaching privately & teaching group fitness classes. She believes in creating a space for her clients to feel happy & healthy!

 

GET TO KNOW COACH KARA IN 10 QUESTIONS:

  1. What is your favorite way to spend a day off? Coffee, brunch, nap, cooking dinner for a small group of friends and family.

  2. What type of music are you into? Anything that makes me sing or dance! I love 50s and 60s girl groups!

  3. Do you have any pet peeves? Being late. Time is precious.

  4. What was the last book you read? The Right to Write by Julia Cameron. It’s a great book if you are feeling like you are in a creative slump.

  5. Whats your favorite podcast? My favorite murder or Armchair Expert. I listen to these two while I run. Makes the time fly by.

  6. Whats your Favorite meal Breakfast, Lunch or dinner? Breakfast for dinner!

  7. What is your favorite type of workout? Any workout were I feel like I am in the zone. I can be running, lifting or doing HIIT…when I feel completely connected to my body, that is the best feeling.

  8. Do you sleep with a top sheet? Nope. Hate them. Give me a soft duvet cover that is easy to wash. Sleeping and making a bed should be simple.

  9. Career highlight you are most proud of? Making my Broadway debut in Jersey Boys. Dream come true.

  10. What is the first thing you do in the morning? Coffee and a crossword puzzle. Wakes me up and gets my brain going.
